Refund policy

Each reading is cast and written personally for you, so we want you to feel confident before you book.

• Before we begin: if you change your mind before your reading has been started, email us and we will refund you in full.
• After delivery: because each reading is personal work, completed readings are not refundable. If something in your reading is unclear, write to us and we will gladly clarify it.
• Guidance Journey: if you cancel partway through, we refund any readings not yet started.
• Late delivery: if we miss the delivery time listed for your reading, you may request a full refund.

Readings offer reflection and perspective. They do not predict or guarantee outcomes and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Privacy

Your questions, personal details and readings are kept private and are never sold or shared. We use your email only to deliver your reading and respond to you. Payments are processed securely by PayPal, and we never see your card details.
